What we collect

When you book an appointment, subscribe to the newsletter or leave a comment we store the details you type into the form: your name, email address, phone number and the message itself. We also keep the vehicle and job records created when you bring a car in for work.

We do not use advertising trackers. Server logs record the usual request data — IP address, user agent and requested page — and are kept for 30 days for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

Contact details are used to answer your enquiry, confirm bookings, send service reminders and issue invoices. Newsletter addresses are only used for the newsletter, and every mailing carries an unsubscribe link.

We never sell your data. We share it only with processors that make the site and workshop run — our hosting provider, our email provider and our accounting software — and only to the extent they need it.

Cookies

This site sets no marketing or analytics cookies. Only functional storage required to keep the page working is used, and it is cleared when you close the browser.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required by law to keep it (repair and invoice records are kept for seven years).
