Quotes and estimates

Estimates given before inspection are indicative. Once the vehicle has been inspected we issue a written quote, and we will contact you for approval before carrying out any work that exceeds it.

Prices shown on this website, including service plans, are in the currency displayed and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Bookings and cancellations

Appointment requests submitted through this site are requests, not confirmed bookings, until we reply to confirm a time. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or move a booking.

Vehicles left with us for more than 14 days after work is completed may incur reasonable storage charges.

Warranty

Workmanship is covered by our 24 month / 24,000 km nationwide warranty. Parts are covered by the manufacturer's own warranty terms.

The warranty does not cover wear items, damage caused by an accident or misuse, or faults arising from work carried out elsewhere.

Payment

Payment is due on collection unless we have agreed account terms in writing. We accept card and bank transfer.

Ownership of supplied parts passes to you once the invoice is paid in full.
